Getting together as first time or experienced parents to chat, laugh, give each other a break from teething and tantrums, as well as a pat on the back and even a hug can be priceless. At Helix Baby we run workshops which help parents get together to do exactly, whilst learning about baby slings, the different types and phases of slings, what options are available to you as well as sessions for dads!

Our groups cost £10 for a parent and a baby, are always small, always very friendly, run for approximately an hour and a half in the morning or afternoon, and partners can come along for free!
